How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days for orders outside Ibadan. For orders within Ibadan, same-day delivery or delivery within 24 hours is available for orders placed before 4 PM.
What is your return policy?
Returns are generally not accepted, but we understand that issues can sometimes arise. Please reach out to us if you have a concern with your order, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. Contact us via email or phone for bulk orders and fabric wholesale enquiries.
How do I care for my fabrics?
Most of our fabrics are dry-clean or gentle hand-wash only. Care instructions are included with each product.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, processing begins and cancellations may incur a restocking fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers or cash for walk-in customera and cash on delivery where available.
